Enterprise Tuesday takes place in November and February each year. In general, the theme of the first term of lectures is inspiration and the second term is about information or the 'how to' of becoming an entrepreneur.

Guest panellists: Lord Karan Bilimoria of Chelsea CBE DL, founder and Chairman of Cobra Beer

Lord Karan Bilimoria started and grew the Cobra Beer company in a competitive market with 400 brands. His journey was highly innovative and rapidly growing when suddenly the company hit a speed bump! He has now rebuilt the brand within a large corporate environment and, having won many prizes, the company is now gaining market share. His talk is about how to take on the Goliaths in your industry and how to deal with the daily challenges while holding on to your vision and values.

PLUS: Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Open Workshop
The CIM will be offering a special workshop with a panel of experts on 3 February in the Board Room at the Department of Engineering after the Enterprise Tuesday lecture, from 20:00 to 21:00. Participants are invited to bring along their problems, questions or viewpoints for discussion to this marketing surgery - be prepared for a lively session. The Department of Engineering is just a three minute walk from Cambridge Judge Business School. If you are travelling from the railway station, there are plenty of taxis outside and taxi drivers are familiar with the location.
