Where can I see a list of all programmes and programme dates?Visit Executive Education's online calendar for a list of our open programmes, or use the open programme selector to filter your choices by subject area, delegate level, duration or date.
Where are the programmes held?Please refer to the programme details to find the location for a specific programme. Programmes are usually held either at Cambridge Judge Business School or in central Cambridge.
Does Cambridge offer bespoke programmes for organisations?Yes. Bespoke programmes at Cambridge are offered by Cambridge Judge Business School and are intended to meet the specialised management education needs of select organisations. How can I obtain a programme brochure?Visit our open programmes webpages for online programme descriptions. Alternatively you can fill in our online form if you would like to download our full brochure in Adobe Acrobat format or request that we post you a hard copy of our open programmes brochures.
Do I need to be proficient in English to attend open programmes?Unless specified, all our programme are taught in English and participants are required to be proficient in spoken and written English to attend. We do not provide translation facilities and do not allow participants to be accompanied by translators.
What are the typical programme timings for open programmes?Programmes will run from approximately 08:30 to approximately 17:30 each day, with regular coffee and lunch breaks. A final programme agenda will be sent out to you before the start of your programme. You are advised to make appropriate travel and accommodation arrangements to enable you to attend the full duration of the programme.
Will I receive a certificate for attending an open programme?If you complete an open programme, you will receive a Certificate of Attendance. Certificates are handed out at the end of the final day.
Enrolment and Booking
How do I book a place on one of your programmes?Visit the webpage of the open programme you'd like to book and click on the "Register" tab. You can choose to pay by cheque, credit/debit card or purchase order. Some of our programmes require you to apply first; once you're accepted on the programme, you will then be asked to send us payment.
All information given on applications will be treated as strictly confidential. It will be used only for internal Cambridge University purposes and will not be provided to a third party.
How long does it take to process my registration form?It normally takes only one business day to confirm your reservation on a two-day programme. For longer programmes, it may take up to three days to process your registration. You will receive an email confirmation.
Can I reserve a place in a programme?Your seat will be reserved with your completed booking. Your receipt of payment is viewed as final confirmation.
Payments and Cancellations
What is included in the programme fee?The programme fee covers tuition, materials, and meals during the day (light breakfast, lunch and two coffee breaks daily).
In several of the programmes of more than two-day duration, accommodation may be included. Please refer to the individual programme to confirm if accommodation is included.
What are your terms and conditions of booking for open programmes?Please download the full Terms & Conditions (pdf, 59KB) (updated 14 March 2013), which detail our payment terms, cancellation, transfer and substitution policies and fees.
When does registration close for a programme?Registration closes at midday on the last working day before the programme. Credit card payment is required for any bookings made less than 48 hours before the day the programme starts.
When is payment due?For programme applications made more than six weeks before the start of a programme, payment is due 30 days from the date of the invoice. For programme applications made less than six weeks before the start of the programme, payment is due within seven days from the date of the invoice.
If you are completing the General Management Certificate of Achievement by taking five two-day programmes selected from a minimum of three different subject areas in the two-day programmes portfolio, there are two payment options. Option one is payment with one instalment equal to 100% of the fee due 30 days after we have accepted your initial application. Option two is payment with two instalments; the first, equal to 50% of the fee, is due 30 days after we have accepted your initial application. The second instalment of 50% of the fee is due 30 days after we have accepted your application for the third programme to which you have applied.
If you are completing the Cambridge Financial Management Certificate of Achievement by taking four two-day programmes from the finance and accounting subject areas, there are two payment options. Option one is payment with one instalment equal to 100% of the fee due 30 days after we have accepted your initial application. Option two is payment with two instalments; the first, equal to 50% of the fee, is due 30 days after we have accepted your initial application. The second instalment of 50% of the fee is due 30 days after we have accepted your application for the third programme to which you have applied.

What is your cancellations policy for open programmes?Cancellation: fees
Residential programmes (where accommodation is included as part of the programme fee): if applicants wish to cancel a place on a programme 12 weeks or less before the start of the programme, they must request this in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply:
12 weeks or less but more than 8 weeks before a programme 10% of the programme fee 8 weeks or less but more than 6 weeks before a programme 25% of the programme fee 6 weeks or less but more than 2 weeks before a programme 50% of the programme fee 2 weeks or less before a programme 100% of the programme fee If no formal cancellation is made but the applicant fails to attend or withdraws following the commencement of the programme 100% of the programme fee

What types of payment are accepted?We accept the following methods of payment: cheque, wire transfer, credit card (Visa and Mastercard) and debit card (Switch, Maestro/Solo).

Can I wire international payments?Yes - if you provide the wiring agency with your invoice number and obtain the bank transfer reference number this will facilitate the payment process. If accepted into the programme, your invoice will contain details on paying via wire transfer.
Are bursaries available?Unfortunately most programmes do not provide bursaries. However, special pricing is available to companies sponsoring several participants through our Cambridge Executive Education Corporate Partner programme. Group discounts may be available for more than five attending. Contact us to find out more.

Transportation and Directions
How do I get to Cambridge?Cambridge Judge Business School is located in central Cambridge on Trumpington Street. It is directly opposite the Fitzwilliam Museum. The School is within one mile of the Cambridge railway station.
Cambridge is 48 minutes by train service from London and 30 minutes by rail or 45 minutes by car or taxi from London Stansted airport.

Where is the nearest international airport?Stansted, Heathrow and Gatwick are the main airports. Stansted International Airport is approximately 30 miles from the University of Cambridge campus. Visit the Stansted Airport website for airport and flight information.
Coaches from National Express and Terravison are also available from London airports.
What are the parking arrangements?Whenever possible, park your car at the hotel at which you are staying. Most hotels and accommodations in Cambridge are within walking distance of Cambridge Judge Business School.
If you must drive to Cambridge, there are several car parks in central Cambridge. The nearest parking is available at the Grand Arcade car park, off Pembroke Street, and Queen Anne's Terrace, Gonville Place. Parking is also available at the Grafton Centre. Where will I stay and how much will it cost?Some programmes include the cost of accommodation, however most of our two-day programmes do not. Please consult the programme's "Dates & Fees" section to determine this. If you are making accommodation plans, the centre of Cambridge is served by a number of hotels and accommodation choices. In fact, there are over 1,000 hotel rooms within a 10-15 minute walk of Cambridge Judge Business School, although since demand for accommodation is always high we recommend you book a room as soon as possible following your registration. Are meals included?A light breakfast, lunch and two coffee breaks are included each day for participants in our programmes. For dinner, there are many dining options available to participants and we would be pleased to provide you with a list to choose from. What is the typical attire and dress for during a programme?Business casual dress is customary. Business casual is defined as skirts/trousers, open-necked shirts or blouses, and sweaters. The dress code is always informal after class and for dinner, unless otherwise announced.

Are there restaurants and shopping nearby?The centre of Cambridge provides multiple shopping and restaurant choices. Most are within walking distance of the School. Take a look at the Visit Cambridge website for information about these choices and other attractions.
Whether it is walking along the Backs, punting along the River Cam, cycling the streets, enjoying the many dining and shopping choices or visiting the colleges, visitors enjoy many opportunities for leisure and exploration of Cambridge, one of the most historic towns in the United Kingdom.

During the autumn, spring and summer, temperatures are typically mild and Cambridge is an enjoyable city which allows you to be outdoors. The winter months of Dec-Feb can be chilly and you are advised to wear warm clothing. Sensible footwear is suggested as some areas in Cambridge have cobbled surfaces.
