Cambridge Centre for Health Leadership & Enterprise (CCHLE)

The Cambridge Centre for Health Leadership & Enterprise was founded in 2010 with the appointment of Dr Jenny Dean as the Executive Director and Professor Stefan Scholtes as the Dennis Gillings Professor of Health Management. It incorporates the Cambridge University Health (CUH) research centre, including the Cambridge Health Network and the International Health Leaders Programme into one entity. The Centre brings together the intellectual resources and expertise of Cambridge Judge Business School and the wider University to address the challenge of effective management in health-related organisations and industries.

CCHLE engages in research, teaching and corporate engagement activities with the aim to improve both academic knowledge and the practice of management in health-related organisations and industries, to achieve a common goal of better health for more people. The Centre draws on business school faculty across management disciplines, from organisational behaviour and operations management to marketing and strategy, and on partners with the specific relevant industry expertise.
