Sidney Sussex College Joyce Coutu Scholarship

Sidney Sussex College will provide one scholarship of £1,000 each year to an exceptional North American female MBA student at Cambridge Judge Business School. Recipients will be offered the option to live in single college-owned accommodation during their MBA studies.

Recipients of the Joyce Coutu Scholarships will become members of Sidney Sussex College, which was founded in 1596 and is situated in the centre of Cambridge. Visit the Sidney Sussex website to find out more about graduate admissions at the College.

Eligibility criteria

  • First or high upper second class degree
  • GPA above 3.5 (out of 4) or equivalent from a recognised university
  • Minimum GMAT score of 680
  • 3 years' full-time post-graduation work experience

Applying

Candidates should apply for admission to the Cambridge MBA in the normal way by 1 April each year.

All applicants who are made an offer of admission to the MBA programme will be considered for the Scholarship separately by Sidney Sussex College. Scholarships will be awarded on a first-come first-served basis, so it is advisable to apply early. Scholarships are conditional on the applicant taking up the offer of admission to the MBA programme.

To apply for a scholarship, we must receive your completed application (including references, supporting documents and covering letter) by 1 April.
