Business School was the place to be as the inaugural Silicon
Valley Comes to Cambridge conference got underway. More than 500
attendees participated in the Silicon Valley vs. Silicon Fen debate,
masterclasses and CEO2CEO Forum. High profile speakers
included Bill Janeway (Warburg Pincus), Hermann Hauser (Amadeus Capital
Partners), Reid Hoffman (LinkedIn and Facebook) and Megan Smith
(Google).

Silicon Valley comes to Cambridge again in November 2009 to foster innovation, relationships and entrepreneurship between leading investors, scientists, students and entrepreneurs.
The 2009 Conference will explore the Environmental and Consumer Internet worlds, looking at leading examples of ‘hot’ businesses and addressing critical questions such as key companies that are being disrupted, key emerging technologies and business models, which companies are growing fastest in ‘the valley’ and why.
