Professional experience
Member of the Academy of Marketing Science (AMS), the American Marketing Association (AMA), and the Australian and New Zealand Marketing Academy (ANZMAC). Ad hoc reviewer for the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Business Research, and Industrial Marketing Management. Simon has consulted to a number of public and private sector organisations in Australia both independently and in his capacity as a Senior Associate of Chant Link & Associates (Marketing Strategy and Research).
Previous appointments
Simon was a University Senior Lecturer at Cambridge Judge Business School. Prior to joining the School, he was a senior lecturer in marketing in the Faculty of Economics and Commerce at the University of Melbourne, during which this time he also taught a number of executive education courses.

Research interests
Organisational learning, internal marketing and sales force management; services and relationship marketing; brand management and new product development; corporate social responsibility; marketing for membership organisations.
