Markos Zachariadis

Research Associate in Service Innovation Research

Professional experience

Markos has worked as a business analyst and consultant for a number of organisations, including Hewlett Packard, UBS Investment Bank and Cobalt Tree Capital, in Greece, Spain and the UK.

He is currently part of CLAHRC (Collaborations for Leadership in Applied Health Research and Care), a multidisciplinary research project focusing on the diffusion of service innovation through knowledge exchange and multidisciplinary teams in NHS.

Previous appointments

Prior to joining Cambridge Judge Business School, Markos was a Research Assistant at the Centre for Economic Performance (LSE), and a Teaching Fellow at London Business School and the London School of Economics.

  • Postgraduate Research Award from the George & Victoria Karelias Foundation, 2008-2009
  • Selected for the Doctoral Consortium of the Organizational Communication & Information Systems (OCIS) division at the Academy of Management, 2010

Research interests

Economics and diffusion of service innovation; ICT and productivity; technology management; IS strategy; innovation in financial services (and healthcare); history, adoption, and use of networks and standards; mixed methods; knowledge diffusion in organisations.
