Professional experience

Dr Kattuman is on the editorial board of the B.E. Journal of Economic Analysis & Policy. Prior to beginning his academic career, he was an economist in the Indian civil service. He has been appointed Grupo Santander Visiting Professor at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Spain), and Visiting Professor at Université Paris-Est Créteil for 2011/12.

Previous appointments

Dr Kattuman has been a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge Department of Applied Economics, and a lecturer in economics at Durham. Dr Kattuman was appointed a Visiting Professor at Université Paris 12, and was visiting faculty at Kennedy School of Government, Harvard in 2007/8.

Applied econometrics and statistics; industrial organisation; distribution dynamics methods and applications; online markets; the software industry; co-operative game theory applications; system dynamics; India.
