Professional experience and previous appointments

Prior to joining the School, Peter was a Research Fellow at the University of Oxford as member of the European Corporate Governance Training Network. He has been an external fixed-income consultant to the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank and, before entering academia, worked for the BBC World Service. Peter is the corporate finance subject editor of the International Review of Financial Analysis. He is a member of the Cambridge Corporate Governance Network (CCGN)

Research interests

Corporate finance; corporate governance; law and economics; international finance.
