About the group
The Organizational Behaviour group focuses on organisational behaviour and theory. The range of research interests crosses individual, group and organisational levels of analysis.
The group focuses on:

The group is engaged with cross-disciplinary themes including health management, innovation and entrepreneurship.

Industry engagement
The research agenda of the group is stimulated by regular contacts with senior personnel of large national and international organisations such as Cadbury, Rolls Royce, Oracle, British Telecom, BAe Systems, Sealed Air, Daikin, Samsung, Matsushita, SIAM, Infosys, TCL, Unilever, ABB, Proctor and Gamble, Siemens, Total, EDF, American Express, Shell and International Business Machines (IBM).
There are long-standing collaborations with leading academics and cognate groups in the UK, Europe and across the Atlantic.
Publishing output
Group members have published widely in leading journals, including Academy of Management Journal, Administrative Science Quarterly and Organization Science, as well as theory outlets such as the Academy of Management Review.
Most members of the group are internationally cited and have editorial appointments in leading journals in their research areas.
