The Digital Programme on Enhancing Business Productivity is an opportunity for senior managers in small and medium-sized businesses to get two months of free online training on how to help your business grow, become more profitable and become more efficient.

About the digital programme

The aim of this programme is to provide a unique opportunity for senior managers to equip themselves with variety of best management practices and tools to boost their business productivity, efficiency and profitability.

Cambridge Judge Business School offers world-leading training to businesses from its campus in Cambridge. However, we know that many small and medium-sized business managers can’t afford to take substantial time out from their business to pursue traditional courses.  In this unique study, Cambridge Judge Business School is teaming up with Tech Nation and the Behavioural Insight Team to trial new, digital training that is designed with busy senior managers in mind. You won’t need to travel, and you’ll be able to go at your own pace.

This programme is funded by the Business Basic Fund, from by the Department for Business, Energy, & Industrial Strategy (BEIS).

What can I expect from the Digital Programme on Enhancing Business Productivity?

All participants will receive two months of free online training on managing their business delivered weekly accompanied by easy-to-digest videos. Some participants will also get free access to advice from a trained mentor and the opportunity to meet other businesses taking the training via on an online app.

Who can take part?

To be eligible to participate in the training:

  • You need to have a senior management role in your business (e.g. founder, co-founder, CEO, CFO, COO, CMO, and CTO).
  • Your business is must have at least 15 employees (this can include seasonal and part-time workers).
  • Your business should be registered in England, UK.
  • Your business should be at least five years old (i.e. founded prior to 2015).

How to apply

Places are offered on a first-come first-served basis to eligible companies. Once you have submitted your interest to participate in the training, we will notify you via email within one week whether you are selected for the programme.

After acceptance

After receiving the acceptance notification, we will provide you with a link to a brief pre-training survey help us understand your business and tailor the training programme to fit with your business context and needs. After you complete the survey, we will generate a username and password to give you access to the digital material.
