To ascertain long-term impact and to ensure the transfer of learning and behavioural change, we employ a number of evaluation methods before, during and after our programmes.
We design evaluation frameworks collaboratively with you, with particular sensitivity to the objectives of the programme, your expectations and those of your team, and the benefits and costs of the evaluation exercise.
Questionnaires and feedback forms are used to capture several dimensions of programme quality. At times, behavioural analysis may be required and we design both qualitative and validated quantitative measures through our Psychometric Centre, to investigate the impact of programmes on our participants.
For longer programmes, we can undertake in-depth evaluation of projects, proposals, strategic plans and other outputs from the programmes. These evaluation methods are designed to ensure that the desired impact of a programme is realised.
As a result of the programmes, we now have articulated values, a clear business strategy and individual ownership, as well as enhanced leadership capabilities and a greater awareness of the organisation.
