Kathryn Coombs

Director of Strategic Accounts

Previously part of PwC’s Global Strategy and Leadership team, Kathryn was responsible for designing and implementing learning interventions to prepare the 500 most senior partners of PwC to lead the organisation into an increasingly complex future. She also spent many years in the client facing environment at PwC in both the US and UK. She worked in assurance as well as strategic and financial consulting within the mergers and acquisitions space. This experience as a practitioner enables her to understand the importance and relevance of targeted impactful development solutions

Kathryn's works with a broad range of clients, with a particular passion for creating blended digital and face to face learning solutions. This stems from the understanding that in some instances, senior executives need the opportunity to participate in learning solutions that allow them access to development opportunities when and where it suits them. They also allow individuals to immediately apply what they have learned in their work environment thus ensuring that the learnings will be embedded quicker and with more impact. These solutions can then be to all levels within an organisation in a sustainable, consistent and transformative way.
