Sitting at the heart of our Open Programme offering, the Cambridge Judge Business School General Management Certificate of Achievement (GMCA) provides ambitious managers and business leaders with a developmental framework that offers you the opportunity to enhance your knowledge and skills across fundamental business concepts and practices relating to your specific career needs.

Awarded to delegates following 10 days of learning with us, qualification for GMCA requires participation in several two- or three-day programmes of your choice offering:

  • flexibility to choose topics that meet your requirements
  • timetable to suit your work commitments
  • programmes can be taken in any order
  • up to two years to complete the Certificate of Achievement.
