In conjunction with our clients we develop programmes to address specific needs and requirements of the firm and their leaders. Our experience suggests that many professional service firms face similar challenges including strategy implementation and alignment, what being a leader in a PSF means, change management to being a trusted adviser and delivering effective relationship management – both internally and externally with clients. We have delivered programmes for a wide range of PSF clients which have addressed these and other challenges.
A typical custom programme is delivered in Cambridge with a duration of anywhere between two to five days. Group sizes vary considerably, depending on the needs of the client. Firms that choose Cambridge as the programme location are able to take advantage of its unique environment; this provides groups with the opportunity to engage fully with the programme content and reflect with colleagues without the distraction of day-to-day work.
Initially we engage in a diagnostic phase with our clients. This involves us having conversations with senior leaders in the organisation to gain a sense of the leadership, management and strategy challenges so that we can design and develop, in conjunction with the client, a programme that addresses those particular needs.
Our professional service firm custom clients, European and global, include law, accounting, actuarial, management consulting and wealth management firms.
