The effect of reference-dependent preferences on auctions and negotiations; bargaining; auctions; pricing; takeovers; contract theory and mechanism design; behavioural industrial organisation; tax evasion.

Dr Rosato was a senior lecturer in economics at UTS Business School in Sydney, Australia prior to joining Cambridge Judge Business School.
