Cambridge News: Put climate change tax on ‘Big Six’ energy suppliers and cut VAT, says Cambridge University economist Dr Chris Hope

Dr Chris Hope, climate change economist from Cambridge University Judge Business School has offered up a possible solution to David Cameron’s government. Dr Hope says the big emitters should be taxed with the resultant £50bn a year raised then being used to lower income tax and VAT.
