Bryan Glick investigates what IT leaders in local government are working towards. Anthony Kemp, IT chief and director of corporate resources, London Borough of Hounslow, hosted an event for his local authority earlier this month to showcase the work he is leading and discuss its potential. Kemp has been working with Mark Thompson, strategy director at Methods, who’s also teaching at Cambridge Judge Business School. Thompson has been one of the architects behind the reforms of Whitehall IT that are being driven through by Government Digital Service (GDS) director Mike Bracken and government CTO Liam Maxwell.”
