Cambridge Network: Women at Cambridge: ‘The meaning of success’ book launch

Dr Shima Barakat, Research and Teaching Fellow at Cambridge Judge Business School, joins a group of 126 female academics in launching a new book that challenges what academic success means and how it should be measured. The book brings together the stories of women from across the University and examines what success means to them as they share the individual life journeys that have led them to Cambridge.
