The Cambridge Centre for Risk Studies hosted an event at CJBS last week analysing the economic risks of multi-trillion dollar catastrophic scenarios. Risk professionals from insurance, academia and industry came together to examine the potential effect of situations like an all-out war between China and Japan and a ‘flu pandemic that affects 43% of the world’s population.
