Maxwell AFB: ACSC vice commander honored by Cambridge University

A US Air Force colonel selected as a practitioner Fellow at the new Centre for Social Innovation says he plans to bring a focus on leadership and ethics back to the Air Command and Staff College at Maxwell Air Force Base in Alabama.

Colonel J.W. “Bill” DeMarco was named in October as one of 10 initial practitioner Fellows of the Centre for Social Innovation at Cambridge Judge Business School. These Fellows will form an advisory board and work with faculty on practitioner-focused research.

In a news article on the Maxwell AFB website, the colonel says that he hopes to “bring back from Cambridge” some ideas related to leadership and innovation that can help influence the Air Command and Staff College.
