The new survey shows that the young people (those in their twenties) are ‘much more attuned to attitudes in the workplace and of discrimination or harassment.’ Cambridge Judge Business School has launched a Women in Law Leadership open programme to address the challenges faced by women as law firm partners. Programme Director, Fiona Rice, a former Linklaters banking partner, said the course ‘will meet the need to focus on developing key female talent at partner level.’
