BBC Look East visits a local bread bakery and talks to the owner Alison McTaggart. The business is booming and now Alison is looking to expand, but it is difficult to do that in Cambridge. Hanadi Jabado, director of Accelerate Cambridge, says this can be risky as she might lose the relationship with her customers.
