New research by Forté Foundation, a non-profit organisation aiming to help women progress through access to business education, says half of female chief executives at Fortune 100 companies have MBA degrees. Earlier this year a study headed by Sucheta Nadkarni, Sinyi Professor of Chinese Management at Cambridge Judge Business School, found that increasing the economic power of women throughout society is a key factor in women reaching and staying on corporate boards.
