Top business companies are increasing the number of female representatives on boards, with FTSE 100 firms reaching their target of 25%. Business schools around the world are also tackling this issue. A research lead by Sucheta Nadkarni, Sinyi Professor of Chinese Management at Cambridge Judge Business School, found that increasing the economic power of women throughout society is a key factor in women reaching and staying on corporate boards.
