Cambridge News: Redgate Software staff “down tools” to help Simprints

Cambridge company Redgate Software will be working on re-writing the code for Simprints’ biometric fingerprint system. Simprints, an Accelerate Cambridge startup, designed a low cost biometric fingerprint scanner which helps to transform access to health records in developing countries. Simprints’ Tristam Norman said: “To have such a big team from Redgate focused solely on Simprints for a week will mean we can shorten our development schedule and get our technology in use sooner in places like Bangladesh and Zambia where it’s desperately needed.”
