Growth Business: More than half of millennials would work harder if employer ‘was making a difference to others’

The new report published by Global Tolerance finds that millennials (those born between born between 1981 and 1996) would work harder for the company that has a positive social impact. Dr Neil Stott, Executive Director for the Centre for Social Innovation at Cambridge Judge Business School, said:

The power of the millennial generation (and we would hope the ones that follow) in the Values Revolution should not be underestimated […] All sectors are expected to deliver more social and environmental change and work more collaboratively to tackle the global issues we face.
