Barclays Bank and Cambridge Judge Business School create a better compliance culture with the executive education academy in excellence in compliance. 1,500 Barclays staff already have had some training through the programme. “It’s about equipping the compliance function to act as the point which provokes business to ask ‘why’ as well as ‘what’ they are doing and about getting participants to see how their role impacts on the system, to draw a line between action and consequence”, said Richard Hill, Executive Director of the Centre for Compliance and Trust.
