Managing Partner: Law firms are wasting resources on dead-end innovation

Law firms should focus more on innovation and build resources around it, said Peter Hiscocks, Senior Faculty in Management Practice at Cambridge Judge Business School, at the event for law professionals in London last week. “Innovation is out of control in many law firms.
