O Globo: Women hold only 10.53% of vacancies in management companies

 

In an article about the number of women in management positions in Brazil, Sucheta Nadkarni, Sinyi Professor of Chinese Management at Cambridge Judge Business School, comments that “having women in management positions is very different from keeping them there.”
