Simon Stockley, Senior Faculty in Management Practice at Cambridge Judge Business School, was leading an entrepreneurship workshop in Kochi. The workshop was organised by the Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation (KSIDC) in order to discuss the ongoing strike in the plantation sector in the state. Simon says the strike is “an opportunity for managements and trade unions to re-work their relationship and learn to work together.”
