The Huffington Post: Paid maternity leave could be the key to making more women leaders


“Getting women on the board is very different from keeping them there,” said Sucheta Nadkarni, presenting a new research on women in boardroom earlier last week. The study looked at 1002 companies from the Forbes Global 2000 list across 41 countries and 51 industries and found that empowering all women is key to sustained change in the boardroom.
