Private-sector organisations in UAE are working together to boost the number of Emiratis employed in their companies. One of the initiatives is the HSBC Leadership Programme in Dubai, developed in association with Executive Education at Cambridge Judge Business School. The programme was designed to foster the growth of United Arab Emirates nationals to lead organisations across the country in the future.
