The New York Times: Quotas not the best way to add and retain women for corporate boards, study finds

Empowering all women in society helps women reach and stay on corporate boards, says study headed by Professor Sucheta Nadkarni of Cambridge Judge Business School. The report studied data collected from a sample of 1,002 companies from the Forbes Global 2000 list in 2013.
