The Times (Kuwait): Quotas don’t help to get more women on boards, new study says

Empowering all women in society helps women reach and stay on corporate boards, says a study headed by Sucheta Nadkarni, Sinyi Professor of Chinese Management at Cambridge Judge Business School. The report studied data collected from a sample of 1,002 companies from the Forbes Global 2000 list in 2013.
