Cambridge-based start-up Ginibee has helped two chemists to return to work on a part-time basis. Sarah Horsfall, founder of Ginibee, says job shares are beneficial: “Accessing experienced, untapped talent is critical in today’s growing economy and opening roles up to jobshare partnerships is a simple way to address it.” Sarah is an alumna of the Cambridge Social Ventures programme at Cambridge Judge Business School.
