Jelena Aleksic, founder of GeneAdviser, has scooped the start-up founder of the year prize in the 2016 FDM everywoman in technology awards. GeneAdviser is an online genetic testing marketplace that puts rare disease patients in touch with clinical labs that can perform the sequencing and diagnostics. The start-up is supported by Accelerate Cambridge programme at Cambridge Judge Business School.
