Trade arrangements with China shouldn’t be affected if the UK scraps the Hinkley Point project according to Simon Taylor, Director of the Master of Finance Programme at Cambridge Judge Business School. “What China wants is access to the UK so even if the Hinkley situation were not to happen it wouldn’t be the end of the programme,” Taylor said at the launch of his new book, The Fall and Rise of Nuclear Power in Britain.
