Cambridge TV: Quitting in anger

 

Dr Jochen Menges, University Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour at Cambridge Judge Business School, discusses emotions in the workplace and why people might want to stick with their job when they’re angry. According to a recent study co-authored by Jochen, anger often decreases – rather than boosts – a person’s intention to quit a job when they identify strongly with their company.
