Chinese telecoms company Huawei has successfully implemented steps to forge joint value into competitive advantage, says an article in European Business Review co-authored by David De Cremer, KPMG Professor in Management Studies at Cambridge Judge. “If organisations are serious in building cultures that can translate the desire to create joint value into a competitive advantage, it is needed that they become architects of systems that account for the human nature of its employees.”
