David De Cremer, KPMG Professor of Management Studies at Cambridge Judge, comments on Chinese telecoms company Huawei in an article about China’s technology prowess. De Cremer thinks that Huawei’s founder Ren Zhengfei “wanted to keep the company private precisely so it could experiment with its business model and with organisational quirks like the rotating CEO.”
