Technology is changing the ways we interact with money. More and more people today use mobile technologies to pay taxes, buy goods or choose cryptocurrency for financial transactions. Bryan Zhang, co-founder of the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance, says: “Thanks to mobile payments, it is entirely possible that we will see a major country such as China become a predominantly cashless society in five years’ time, if not sooner.”
