Jaideep Prabhu, Jawaharlal Nehru Professor of Indian Business and Enterprise at Cambridge Judge Business School, discusses jugaad innovation and how it can solve problems. Jaideep says India is like a lab for frugal innovation as it has the whole ecosystem for innovation – including a large number of young entrepreneurs and big multinational companies. But more work needs to be done, and cities should work more collaboratively with entrepreneurs to bring solutions to the public space.
