LIFNano Therapeutics, a venture that fights Multiple Sclerosis through ‘NanoMedicine’ and is supported by Accelerate Cambridge programme run by Cambridge Judge’s Entrepreneurship Centre, could be on the verge of curing MS. Founder Dr Su Metcalfe, who’s also an alumna of the Cambridge Social Ventures programme, said: “Nano-medicine is a new era, and big pharma has already entered this space to deliver drugs while trying to avoid the side effects. The quantum leap is to actually go into biologics and tap into the natural pathways of the body.”
