Cereal brand Weetabix has announced it will invest £30m in its UK manufacturing sites in Northamptonshire to boost production capacity. Stelios Kavadias, Margaret Thatcher Professor of Enterprise Studies in Innovation & Growth and Director of the Entrepreneurship Centre, said: “I think it’s a smart moment. Everyone is cutting down on investments because of the uncertainty – and here is someone who is putting money into a region, trying to enhance the productivity of the region.” (Starts at 1m 47s).
