LawBot, a start-up supported by the Cambridge Social Ventures programme at the Cambridge Centre for Social Innovation at Cambridge Judge, offers help by “translating” legal terms into plain English so victims can talk about their situation and get advice. Four law students from the University of Cambridge, co-founders of the venture, are now working on LawBot 2.0 version or “DivorceBot” that will deal with queries related to marriage breakdowns.
