The Globe and Mail: The nine habits of unhealthy managers

 

A research on creativity coauthored by Dr Yeun Joon Kim, University Senior Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour at Cambridge Judge Business School, is featured in the article. Dr Kim worked with Professor Chen-Bo Zhong on the experiment with participants and found that too much structured knowledge hurts creativity. They suggest people put their ideas randomly on a white board and then think about some of their connections.
