Andi Davids from the Executive MBA 2015 class at Cambridge Judge Business School responds to the #MeToo movement, turning her attention to gender bias and inequality in the workplace. “Until we foster workplaces where women are encouraged to succeed, they will continue to enter into, and stay in, situations that are uncomfortable and potentially unsafe. If we check our biases and actively promote women, perhaps one day #MeToo can lose its connotations to sexual assault and instead reference inclusivity in the workplace.”
