Trinity College invited a panel of experts to discuss the progress made in women’s education. In a special event aimed to mark 40 years of women at Trinity, the panel looked at what progress women made in recent years as well as remaining challenges. Sucheta Nadkarni, Sinyi Professor of Chinese Management at Cambridge Judge, said companies with female leaders “tend to have better corporate social responsibility, better innovation and fewer corporate scandals.”
