Mobike, the world’s first and largest smart bike share leader, announced its arrival in Oxford, the fifth British city so far. Oxford City Council announces they’re aiming to build the world’s first “zero-emission” urban area where gasoline and diesel vehicles are banned from city centre. Mobike is working with startup Cycle.land, the most popular bike sharing platform in Oxford, in order to make bicycles available to more people. Cycle.land is currently on the Cambridge Social Ventures programme run by the Cambridge Centre for Social Innovation at the School.
